What is it? CSR is nothing but business.
Indeed, there is therefore
irresponsible action? No! Therefore, CSR as a word
contradiction in terms. Irresponsible action would result
in damage, losses or liabilities and that brings the survival of an organization
at risk. That is not sustainable.
Business is precisely to create
and survival and for that good health is necessary.
CSR, also called corporate social
responsibility, or CSR, is nothing more than just business. That is your assurance

world around us has changed. Globalization, international
agreements, environmental law, health and safety legislation, et cetera.

CSR has been said and written.
Is it an empty slogan, a hype or
a necessity? Frankly, all three are true.

make profit and the customer gets the product or service that he needs.
Both have advantages.
In CSR, this win-win effect with
all stakeholders sought. So with the community.
CSR Policy
CSR is therefore a policy issue,
a strategic choice made based on analysis of competitors, customers and changed
requirements.
A supplier wants to supply you,
on condition that his account of late payment. A customer wants to buy from you,
provided that the product or service is delivered properly. Both parties will benefit.
It's
that simple.
The company and the employees are
also interested. Even with such a society can

motivated employees are and will remain the key driver in the organization.
CSR a hype?

marketing.
CSR business must have the good
chance to take root and succeed only if the organization is experiencing high
benefit. Failing that, it's a bubble that

organization.

Internet, international law, speed of travel, media, etc., the world is a much
more transparent. We know tomorrow what abuses took
place today in Iraq or any business opportunities in China. In other words, CSR is linked to
new and developments, techniques, if you will, of modern society. Thus, CSR indeed become a
necessity for SMEs, but it's no different than just take in the knowledge that
the world around us a lot more complicated now than 100 years ago and that the
whole world is watching you .
Own Business
Try, however, with both feet on
the ground remain. Reasoning from your own
processes. What's nearby? Transfer money to a charity is
often only politically desirable behavior, comply with laws and regulations is

All this is not CSR. Consider combinations as safer
